Yes Peas!

Kenyon Communications launched the Yes Peas! campaign on behalf of PVGA, the growers and freezers, with a packed press cookery demonstration at Divertimenti Cookery Theatre, London 7 years ago. Since then a well-honed mix of tools have helped to turn around the national decline in frozen pea consumption. Indeed, in 2009, despite the national consumption of frozen vegetables going down, peas bucked the trend and consumption grew by 2.7%. Campaign activity includes the very best recipe development and photography, two recipe booklets of which more than a quarter of a million have been distributed, a constantly evolving website and a bi-monthly newsletter to thousands of pea fans, of which the first edition increased website traffic by 40%.
